Stand Up Paddling Courses

Almost anyone can stand up on a board and paddle around, but doing it the right way takes instruction. Good technique means less frustration, faster travel, and more fun. Learn the right way from the start.
From SUP yoga to our Instruct-Tours, you should be able to find something to challenge your skills.

SUP Yoga

Weekly on Tuesday at 6pm, July & August

Location: Cornucopia (meet at Lost Creek Shop)

Experience your yoga practice at a different studio... the water! Join us for an invigorating, yet relaxing time on a stand up paddleboard (SUP). We'll practice slow and mindful hatha movements that will help to improve your balance, flexibility, and core strength.  You do not need any yoga or SUP experience, just a sense of adventure and a smile on your face (and the ability to swim).

-Ellie Kolodzieski, of South Shore Yoga, is a Kripalu Certified Yoga Instructor and ACA SUP trained.

Cost: $15 if you bring your own board (make sure you have a little loop on the back of your board to tie your anchor to; this is normally used to hook your leash to) or $25 if you need a board.

You must pre-register.
